Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 4 Ounce, sliced | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry red wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion | ||
| 2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon granules | ||
| Dried tarragon | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a 1 quart saucepan, heat butter or margarine and put mushrooms in it.
2. Cook the mushrooms by stirring on medium high flame for 4-5 minutes till they turn soft.
3. Add flour to the pan and mix it well.
4. Put wine and water and mix until a smooth mixture is formed.
5. Put green onion, beef bouillon granules, tarragon, lemon juice, thyme and bay leaf in the pan.
6. Let the ingredients cook on medium high flame till frothy and thick.
FINALIZING
7. Take the bay leaf out.
SERVING
8. Serve with meats.
