 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Shallots2 Tablespoon, finley minced
 Dry red wine3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 1/2 cups brown sauce or canned beef gravy
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, minced
 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms, cooked in a little butter (optional)
 Salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and cook the shallots until they are transparent.
2. Add the wine and simmer until reduced one-half. Add the remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
