Bordeaux Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 4 Medium | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , diced | |
| 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, and ground thyme | ||

Directions
Peel potatoes and boil until done.
Cut into thin slices.
Brown garlic lightly in oil; remove garlic; add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Cook gently for 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and cook for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
Serve immediately.
