Directions

MAKING
1. In a frying pan, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
2. Add in the minced garlic.
3. Stir in and add the chopped onions.
4. Empty the chopped lungs in the frying pan.
5. Season with salt and pepper and saute for some time.
6. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
7. Add the chopped liver and saute until brown.
8. Cover and simmer for another 10 minutes.
9. Pour in the vinegar and add the green chilies.
10.Add the radish and give it a stir.
11.Cover and cook for 10 minutes until the juices have evaporated.
12.Stir fry for another 5 minutes.

SERVING
13.Garnish with a sprig of cilantro and serve.
