Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, soak boondi in warm water for 10 minutes and then squeeze them out.
2)In another bowl, beat yogurt and add salt and pepper and give it a stir.
3)Fold in boondi and mix chili powder and cumin powder. Chill.

SERVING
4)Sprinkle coriander and serve raita chilled.
