Boo Loo Recipe
Ingredients
1 Hawaiian pineapple
1 jigger Demarara rum
1 jigger amber rum
1/2 jigger 150 proof dark rum
1/2 jigger Jamaica rum
2 jiggers pineapple juice
1 jigger fresh lime juice
1 jigger honey
1 jigger soda water
Few chunks fresh pineapple
Directions
Hollow the center of the fresh pineapple, leaving about one inch of fruit in the shell.
Cut the pineapple top at a slant.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Pour into hollowed pineapple, add a long straw, replace pineapple top before serving.
