1. Saute onion lightly in vegetable oil in small frying pan; stir in bread stuffing and water; remove from heat; save for Step 3.
2. Combine ground beef, steak sauce and salt in medium-size bowl; form lightly into 4 patties; make a slight depression in top of each to hold stuffing.
3. Broil, top side down, with meat 5 to 6 inches from heat, about 6 minutes; turn; fill centers with stuffing mixture; top with crumbled blue cheese; broil about 6 minutes longer or until done as you like them. If meat has to be broiled closer than 5 to 6 inches from heat, add stuffing and crumbled blue cheese topping about 3 minutes before meat is done (stuffing may burn if cooked too close to broiler heat).
