Ingredients
| Apple juice concentrate | 1 Can (10oz), frozen | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dried thyme leaves | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| 4 to 6 boneless center-cut pork loin chops (3/4 to 1 inch thick) | ||
| Black pepper salt | 1 To taste | |
Directions
Combine juice, vinegar, oil, soy sauce and thyme in a shallow glass dish or large heavy plastic bag.
Add pork; cover dish or close bag.
Marinate in the refrigerator up to 8 hours, turning pork once or twice.
Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade.
Season pork lightly with salt and pepper.
Oil hot grid to help prevent sticking.
Grill pork, on a covered grill, over medium Kingsford briquets, 8 to 14 minutes, turning once. (Pork is done at 160ºF; it should be juicy and slightly pink in the center.)
