 Cod tongues24
 Milk/1/2 cup all purpose flour1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Egg1
 Fat1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon

Directions

Rinse tongues and scrape lightly to clean.
If tongues are salted, soak them in cold water 10 minutes.
Mix flour and salt.
Dip tongues in milk and roll in flour.
Fry in hot fat 3 to 5 minutes.
