 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Red bell pepper1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked chicken breast2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic1 Tablespoon, minced

 Italian tomatoes1 Can (10oz), diced
 Cooked2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Basil1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Parmesan cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, and saute 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add chicken, garlic, and oregano,- saute 2 minutes. Add tomatoes,- reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add pasta and black pepper, stirring well. Place about 1 1/2 cups pasta mixture into each of 4 bowls, and top each serving with 1 tablespoon basil and 1 tablespoon Parmesan.
