Bon Voyage Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red bell pepper | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked chicken breast | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Italian tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), diced | |
| Cooked | 2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated |
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, and saute 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add chicken, garlic, and oregano,- saute 2 minutes. Add tomatoes,- reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add pasta and black pepper, stirring well. Place about 1 1/2 cups pasta mixture into each of 4 bowls, and top each serving with 1 tablespoon basil and 1 tablespoon Parmesan.
