Directions

You can start by making the potatoes half cooked.
Take a pan and add olive oil. Add some butter.
Add little cumin, green chillies, curry leaves and garlic. Saute them well.
Season it with little salt and pepper. Add asafetida and put the potatoes.
Add little water and cook them until the potatoes are soft and tender.
