Bologna Kabobs Recipe

| 1 ring (12 oz.) bologna | ||
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Potatoes | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces | ||
| Pitted ripe olives | ||
| 1/4 cup orange marmalade or Russian salad dressing | ||
| Cherry tomatoes, if desired | ||
Directions
Cut bologna into 3/4-inch slices and if desired remove skin.
Alternate bologna, pineapple, potatoes, green pepper and olives on wooden or metal skewers.
Arrange on shallow platter or baking dish.
Brush with marmalade.
Cook uncovered, 4 minutes
Add tomatoes at ends of skewers.
Cook 1 minute or until tomatoes are heated.
