 Prepared mustard3 Tablespoon
 Bologna1 Small
 Egg1

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 350°c.
2) Take off plastic wrap from the bologna.

MAKING
3) On the pie crust spread mustard evenly on top.
4) Put bologna at the center of the crust.
5) Wrap pastry around the meat. Seal bottom and ends with water.
6) In a bowl add egg with 1 tablespoon water. Beat together.
7) Baste this on the pastry.
8) Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.

SERVING
9) Slice and serve.
