Bologna Cheese Club Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 ounces chunk bologna | ||
| Pimiento cheese slice | 4 | |
| Onion | 1/4 Small | |
| 3 small sweet pickles | ||
| 3 tablespoons salad dressing or mayonnaise | ||
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 18 slices sandwich-style rye bread | ||
| Margarine or butter | ||
| Lettuce | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 , sliced | |
Directions
Grind together bologna, pimiento cheese, onion, and pickles.
Add salad dressing, green pepper, and mustard.
Spread bread slices with margarine.
Spread each of 6 slices of rye bread with 1/4 cup filling; top with 6 slices bread.
Arrange lettuce and sliced tomatoes atop.
Cover sandwiches with remaining 6 slices of bread, buttered side down.
