Bologna and Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon Slices | 4 | |
| 1 1/3 cups hash brown potatoes | ||
| Water | 1 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Green onions | 3 , sliced | |
| Pinch of sugar | ||
| White vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 ring (12 oz.) bologna | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a casserole and place bacon in it and cover with paper towel.
2) Cook this for 3 minutes till crunchy.
3) Pour in 1 2/3 cups water and add potatoes.
4) Cover and cook for 6 minutes.
5) Stir in and mix the crumbled bacon and remaining ingredients except bologna.
6) Keep this uniformly in the casserole.
7) Place the ring of bologna on the top.
8) Cover and cook for 5 minutes till it becomes hot.
SERVING
9) Serve hot.
