Ingredients
1 beef tongue
1 calf's head
2 Ibs. beef
1 stewing chicken
2 pig's feet
Soup greens
Salt
3 hard cooked eggs
1/2 cup salad oil
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
Sugar

6 tablespoons chopped herbs
Directions
Combine meats, chicken and soup greens in a steam pressure cooker.
Add salt to taste and cook according to manufacturer's cooking timetable.
Remove skin from tongue.
Arrange hot meats on a large board.
