Boletus And Tomato Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 2 , sliced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Boletus | 1 Pound, sliced | |
| Canned tomatoes | 4 Cup (16 tbs), undrained | |
| Tomato juice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato Paste | 1/2 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Pour oil into deep saucepan.
Add onions and garlic and saute lightly.
Add mushrooms, cover and cook on low heat 15 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Remove cover and boil rapidly 5 minutes at high heat, stirring frequently.
Add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes.
Add tomato paste and water.
Simmer on low heat 30 minutes.
