Bok Choy Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
 
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
 
1/2 to 1 tablespoon freshly grated gingerroot
 
2 cloves garlic, crushed
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
3 cups sliced fresh broccoli flowerets 1 to 11/2 pounds bok choy, coarsely chopped
 
2 tablespoons lemon juice
 
11/2 teaspoons sugar

Directions

Pour oil around top of a preheated wok, coating sides; heat at medium high (325°) for 2 minutes.
Add onion, ginger-root, garlic, and salt; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add broccoli and botchy to wok; stir-fry 1 minute.
Add lemon juice and sugar; stir-fry 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
