 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Medium onion- 1, thinly sliced
 Freshly grated gingerroot- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)

 Broccoli flowerets3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Bok choy- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds , coarsely chopped
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 1/2 Teaspoon

GETTING READY
1. To prepare the Bok Choy Broccoli Stir Fry, first preheat the wok

MAKING
2.When you think the wok is hot enough, then pour oil around the top of the wok, by coating sides and heat at 325° for 2 minutes
3. Then combine onion, ginger-root, garlic, and salt and add them in the wok, and stir fry for 2 minutes
4. Also add broccoli and bok choy to wok and stir fry for 1 minute
5. Now add lemon juice and sugar, and stir fry for 3 minutes or until it turns crisp-tender

SERVING
6. Serve as a side dish along with chicken or tofu
