 Water2 Quart
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon
 Hot Sauce1/8 Teaspoon
 Peppercorns10
 Lemon1/2 , sliced
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Bay leaves2
 Onion1 Small, halved
 1 piece of celery with leaves
 Medium shrimp3 Pound

Directions

Bring water to boil in kettle.
Add all ingrediei except shrimp; boil 10 minutes.
Add shrimp; bring to slow boil.
Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 min utes; remove from heat.
Cover; let stand 15 min utes.
Drain in colander; cool.
Peel; devein.
Use in recipes as instructed when boiled shrimp are needed.
Boiled Shrimp can be served with hot garlic butter, a remoulade sauce or other seafood sauces, if desired.
