Boiled peanuts is a personal favorite of mine. This is what we call them in the South. I love the taste of these boiled peanuts cooked in salt water and chicken stock. A great way to enjoy a wonderful evening with a book by your side.

Editors Review

If you don’t believe Boiled Whole Peanuts are delicious, you must watch this video. Dave's video on this recipe will surely push you to the kitchen and boil some peanuts. His recipe is technically sound, for he simmers his peanuts for hours to make sure they are soft, tender and delicious. There is no shortcut for this recipe, so this is how it should be made. You have to try it to believe.
