Directions

The lobsters are cooked one after the other.
Place the first one in a 12 x 8-inch (30 x 20 cm) microwave-safe dish and pour boiling water over it.
Add bay leaves and lemon.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes at HIGH, turning the lobster twice.
Remove the sac and vein, crack the claws.
Serve on a warm platter with a small bowl of hot, melted butter.
Remove from water.
Microwave the second lobster in the same manner.
There is no need to change the water.
