Boiled Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Bay leaves | 2 | |
| Lemon | 1 , halved | |
| 1 stalk celery, cut into 3 inch pieces | ||
| Shrimp | 2 Pound, unpeeled | |
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil.
Add shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain well; rinse with cold water.
Chill.
Peel and devein shrimp.
