Cooked Salad Egg Dressing Recipe
Ingredients

| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 150 Milliliter | |
| Cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar 1 tbsp. (15 ml.) | ||
Directions
1. Mix oil, mustard, sugar, salt and vinegar.
2. Beat up eggs and add milk and cream.
3. Strain into the bowl with oil etc.
4. Place in a pan of hot water and whisk till mixture begins to thicken.
5. Pour into a cold basin.
