6 medium-size potatoes, peeled and quartered
 
Water
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/3 cup butter or margarine
 
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Directions

1. Place potatoes in water to cover in a deep 2-quart non-metallic casserole.
2 Add salt. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 20 (25) minutes or until fork-tender. Drain.
3. Add butter and parsley.
4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 (214) minutes.
5. Toss to thoroughly combine.
