Directions
1)Scrub potatoes, without peeling them.
2)Cook in covered pot in water till tender for 20 minutes, it should not be soft.
3)Drain and cut into quarters.

4)Serve plain, with freshly ground black pepper, with butter, if desired, or with some of the sauce from the cucumbers.
