Boiled Beef Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 10 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrot | 1 , unpeeled | |
| Onion | 1 Large, quartered | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cloves | 4 | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Coarse salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Stewing beef | 5 Pound |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan boil water and add the ingredients. Follow the order given.
2) Cook covered in simmering heat for 3 or 4 hours till meat is done. Take care not to let the beef boil.
SERVING
3) Serve hot.
