Directions
€¢ Place all the ingredients in a 18 to 20-cup (4.5 to 5 L) microwave-safe dish with a good cover. Cover and microwave 20 minutes at HIGH. Stir, then turn the meat. Cover and microwave 20 minutes at HIGH.
