 Stew beef1 Pound, cut in 2 inch chunks
 Cooking wine1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Canned undiluted consomme10 1⁄2 Ounce
 Salt1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Medium, sliced
 Flour1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Dry bread crumbs1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

Combine beef, wine, consomme, salt, pepper and onion in casserole.
Mix flour and bread crumbs together; stir into casserole.
Bake covered, at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
