Boeuf Melange Recipe
Ingredients
| Stew beef | 1 Pound, cut in 2 inch chunks | |
| Cooking wine | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Canned undiluted consomme | 10 1⁄2 Ounce | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, sliced | |
| Flour | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |
Directions
Combine beef, wine, consomme, salt, pepper and onion in casserole.
Mix flour and bread crumbs together; stir into casserole.
Bake covered, at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
