 Haddock fish2 Pound
 Salt To Taste
 Onions2 , sliced
 2 Tbs. pure vegetable oil
 1 6-oz. can Hunt's Tomato Paste
 Water3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 tsp. each: red pepper and black pepper
 Parsley1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Dry white wine1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Italian bread slice6 , toasted

Directions

Sprinkle fish with 1/2 tsp.salt; let stand 1 hour.
Meanwhile, lightly brown onion in oil; pour off fat.
Stir in Hunt's Tomato Paste, water, red pepper, 1 1/2 tsps. salt, black pepper, parsley and wine.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add fish; simmer about 10 minutes longer or just until fish flakes easily with a fork.
