Blushing Apple Tapioca Recipe
Ingredients
| 8-10 tart apples | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 Tbsp. minute tapioca | ||
| 4 Tbsp. red cinnamon candy | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Pare the apples and core them. Cut the apples into eights lengthwise.
MAKING
2) In a slow cooker, put the apples.
3) Mix the sugar, candy, tapioca and water together. Pour the mixture all over the apples.
4) Cook over high heat for 3 to 4 hours.
SERVING
5) Serve cold or hot, as preferred. If desired, top with whipped cream.
