Ingredients

 Butter1/3 Cup(16 tbs)
 Flour1 Cup(16 tbs), sifted
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Baking powder3/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Egg1 , beaten
 Milk1 Tablespoon
 Apples6 Cup(16 tbs), peeled
 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Strawberry flavored gelatin
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Cup(16 tbs)
 Butter1/2 Cup(16 tbs)

Directions

Cream butter until fluffy.
Sift together 1 c.flour, 1 tblsp.sugar, baking powder and salt.
Combine egg and milk.
Add dry ingredients alternately with egg mixture; mix well.
Press into 9" spring-form pan.
Lay apple slices on dough so they overlap.
Combine gelatin and 2 tblsp.sugar; sprinkle over apples.
Combine 1 c.flour and 1 c.sugar.
Cut in 1/2 c.butter until coarse crumbs are formed.
Sprinkle crumbs over apples.
Bake in 350° oven 50-60 minutes or until done.
