Blueberry Shake Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fresh or thawed, frozen blueberries
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon honey
1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Directions
Place blueberries, dry milk, yogurt, water, honey, and vanilla in a blender and process until smooth.
