Blueberry Cream Cheese Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Graham crackers package | 1 | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Melted butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 Small | |
| Cream Cheese – 1 pack (8 ounce) | ||
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Blueberry Pie Mix – 1 can | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Using a rolling pin, lightly crush the crackers
2) Blend in the sugar and butter and mix well
3) In a 9 x 9 inch pan, pat the cracker mixture
4) Using the electric beater, beat the eggs and add in the cream cheese beating till smooth
5) Tip in the remaining sugar, vanilla and pour over the crumb crust
6) Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
7) Once cooled pour the blueberry mix over and refrigerate overnight
8) Serve with whipped cream

9) Serve in wedges
