MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix the blueberries, sugar and water
2) In a bowl, mix the shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat well using an electric mixer
3) Pour in the milk and beat thoroughly
4) In a bowl, soft the flour, baking powder and salt
5) Mix the flour mixture to the shortening and beat well
6) Spread the blueberries and cook for 2 hours

SERVING
7) Serve hot with vanilla ice cream
