Homemade Blueberry Pie Recipe
This blueberry pie is one with a slight twist. The lemon and cinnamon combined with the mouthwatering blueberries lend it a whole new flavor and taste making it truly irresistible. A huge slice is surely welcome anytime.

Ingredients
Readymade pie crust
For the filling:
½ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
A pinch of salt
A pinch powdered cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice and a tsp of lemon zest
2 cups fresh blueberries
Directions
Line a pie tin with a readymade store bought pastry. Mix together in a bowl the flour, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, cinnamon and blueberries. Pour this pie filling mixture into the lined pie tin. Cover with the second pastry and make a few vents on the surface. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes or till it turns golden brown.
