Blueberry Lemon Cake Recipe
This is a kid friendly Blueberry Lemon Cake Recipe. My friend’s daughter Maria likes this Blueberry Lemon Cake recipe. Though she is 14 years old, but she has mastered the cooking technique of this cake. Whenever there is a gathering of my family and my friends, she definitely cooks this cake. Ingredients
2 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 c. softened butter
4/3 c. milk
4 eggs
2 pt. blueberries
Directions
Step1-Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan. Mix cake mix and butter until crumbly. Set aside 2 cups for topping.
Step2-Add milk and eggs to remaining mixture and beat for 4 minutes.
Step3-Pour into pan. Scatter blueberries in a single layer topping batter. Sprinkle with remaining 2 cups mix.
Step4-Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

This would be a children's delight and a great way to get some blueberries into their system. Also blueberries are very low in calories, packed with nutrition and a powerhouse of antioxidants.
