Blueberry Dream Dessert Recipe

| Butter | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), melted | |
| Blueberries | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄8 Teaspoon |

Directions
1) In a bowl, mix the oats and brown sugar and then add in the butter
2) In an 8 inch square pan, line with the oat mixture, reserving about ½ cup for the topping
3) Mix together 1 tablespoon of the flour and ¾ cup of water to make a smooth paste
4) In a saucepan, mix the flour, blueberries, sugar, lemon juice and salt
5) Simmer the mixture for 5minutes
6) Sprinkle in the reserved oat mixture
7) Bake at 350F for 45 minutes
SERVING
8) Serve warm topped with whipped cream
