Blueberry Cupcakes Recipe
Blueberry cupcakes are a easy to make anytime great snack. Just mix it, pour it, bake it and you have in no time a freshly baked batch of cupcakes right in your kitchen

Ingredients
| Butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 3 Small | |
| Flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fresh blueberries | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Powdered sugar | 1 (as required) |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, using the electric beater cream the sugar and butter till fluffy
2) Add in the eggs and continue to beat after each addition
3) Into the creamed mixture beat the flour alternating with the milk
4) Fold in the blueberries by hand
5) Spoon in the batter into greased muffin tray
6) Bake for 20 minutes at 400F
7) Dust the cakes with powdered sugar
