Blueberry Cream Cheese Tarts Recipe
I have always wanted to try a hand at making tarts. This Blueberry-Cream Cheese tarts recipe was a great beginning. A simple and easy way to a great dessert.
Ingredients
Cream Cheese – 1(8 ounce)
Milk – 2 tablespoon
Sugar – 2 tablespoon
Vanilla – 1 teaspoon
Almond Extract – ½ teaspoon
Heavy Cream – 1/2cup
Tart Shells – 12 (2 ½ inch)
Blueberries – 2 cups
Directions
MAKING
1) Using the electric mixer, blend the cream cheese and the milk together
2) Add in the sugar and beat well
3) Fold in the whipped cream and then spoon evenly into the tart shells
4) Scatter the blueberries over the top
5) Place in the refrigerator to chill for a couple of hours
SERVING
6) Serve chilled with additional whipped cream if desired
