Fold in packaged blueberries.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls (5 mL), 2 inches (5 cm) apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
In a bowl mix together icing sugar and butter.
Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice.
Then add milk 1 tsp (5 mL) at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Frost cookies and serve.
