Blueberry Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients
11/2 cups finely rolled graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup soft butter or margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 envelope nnflavored gelatine
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks
1 cup milk
1 package (8-ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour into a 9-inch pie plate.
Press crumbs firmly against bottom and sides of pie plate.
Bake in a moderate oven (375°F.) 8 minutes.
Cool.
Combine gelatine, sugar and salt in top of a double boiler.
Beat yolks.
Beat in milk.
Stir into dry ingredients in top of double boiler.
Cook over boil- ing water, until mixture begins to thicken, about 15 minutes.
Slowly add cream cheese and vanilla.
Stir until well blended.
Cool.
Pour into chilled shell.
Chill until firm*.
Whip cream and confectioners' sugar together until it stands in stiff peaks.
Continue beating while gradually adding sour cream and vanilla.
Fold in blueberries.
Spread over cheese filling.
Chill thoroughly.
Makes one 9-inch pie.
