 All purpose flour11/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Granulated Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

 Yellow cornmeal1 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 cups grated sharp Cheddarcheese 500 mL
 2 cups fresh blueberries,rinsed and drained 500 mL

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cornmeal, cheese and blueberries.
In another bowl, beat together milk, egg and melted butter.
Add all at once to the flour mixture, stirring just until blended.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
