Blueberry Upside Down Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 box white cake mix, mixed as directed on cake mix box | ||
| 1 pt. box blueberries | ||
| Powdered sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsalted peanuts | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Use black iron skillet or square bread pan.
Spray bottom and sides with a nonstick spray.
Cover bottom of pan with blueberries.
Cover blueberries with sugar, about 1/4 inch thick.
Cover sugar with chopped peanuts.
Pour cake mix over peanuts.
Place in oven and bake as directed on cake mix box.
Turn out on serving dish while hot.
