Ingredients

 Frozen blueberries2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 frozen pie crust, unbaked, or Deep Dish Pie Shell, unbaked
 1 cup fat-free sour cream
 Sugar2 Teaspoon
 3 pkgs. saccharin or acesulfame-K sugar substitute
 1 large eggyolk, lightly beaten
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon

Directions

Put the blueberries in the crust.
Mix all the other ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Pour this mixture over the blueberries.
Bake in a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 45 minutes.
The pie top will be lightly browned.
Cool and chill before serving.
