Blueberry Sour Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen blueberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 frozen pie crust, unbaked, or Deep Dish Pie Shell, unbaked | ||
| 1 cup fat-free sour cream | ||
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 3 pkgs. saccharin or acesulfame-K sugar substitute | ||
| 1 large eggyolk, lightly beaten | ||
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Put the blueberries in the crust.
Mix all the other ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Pour this mixture over the blueberries.
Bake in a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 45 minutes.
The pie top will be lightly browned.
Cool and chill before serving.
