Blueberry Sour Cream Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
Cream
1/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
Sift together:
1 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup blueberries (add last)
Directions
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, sifted flour, soda, and salt.
Beat with beater.
Add sour cream and vanilla, mix well.
Add blueberries.
Bake at 450° for 15-20 minutes.
