Blueberry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 10-ounce package frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Angel or pound cake slices
Directions
Thaw frozen, unsweetened blueberries; drain.
In small saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch; gradually stir in boiling water.
Cook, stirring constantly, till thickened and bubbly; cook 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat; stir in drained blueberries and lemon juice.
Cool.
