6 tablespoons blueberry jam
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed, drained
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Stir together water and cornstarch; add to jam mixture.
Cook until slightly thickened and let cool.
