Blueberry Rhubarb Jam Recipe
Ingredients
8 cups fresh blueberries
4 cups rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup water
4 cups sugar
Directions
In a large saucepan, mix fruit and water.
Over moderate heat, cook uncovered 10-12 minutes.
Add sugar, mixing lightly.
Bring to a boil.
Let mixture boil uncovered 10 minutes or so.
