 Heavy cream60 Milliliter
 Granulated Sugar500 Milliliter
 10 ml lemon rind
 Blueberries2 Large
 0.5 Sweet Dough (Basic Pizza Dough)
 Lemon juice30 Milliliter
 Apple Juice125 Milliliter
 Cornstarch90 Milliliter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Soften the cream cheese, then beat until very light.
Beat the eggs into the cheese 1 at a time.
Add the cream, 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar and lemon rind, fold in 4 cups (1 L) blueberries and 2 tbsp (30 ml) cornstarch.
Pan the dough according to instructions.
Pour mixture onto the dough.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Chill for 4-6 hours before serving.
In a sauce pan, add the remaining blueberries, sugar, lemon juice.
Mix the cornstarch with the apple juice, add to the blueberry sauce.
Simmer over low heat until mixture thickens.
Cool, and ladle over the pizza slices as it is served.
